What is FII?
The Feed Industry Institute (FII), is a short-course taught by feed industry experts. It is geared for feed and feed ingredient professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of the industry. The conference features representatives of all segments of the feed industry addressing timely issues and providing insight to a variety of course material. The program features a pre– and post-test to capture what students learn throughout the course.
It is a unique opportunity for members of the industry to explore critical topics including:
- Components of feed;
- Nutrition;
- Feed safety;
- Feed and ingredient processing;
- Feed transportation, distribution and sales;
- International and domestic business market.
Not only is FII an important educational opportunity to learn about the most up-to-date practices in the feed industry, it is also the perfect setting to network with your industry peers.

Refund Policy All refund requests must be faxed or mailed to the AFIA offices.
- 90% when received prior to May 1, 2008.
- 50% when received prior to June 5, 2008.

Hotel

Please make your reservations directly with the hotel at (888) 233-9527. Please mention you are attending the Feed Industry Institute to receive the preferred room rate of $169 for single or double room occupancy.
We recommend making your hotel reservations by May 15th to receive the discount rate. After this date, AFIA’s room block will be released and reservations will be at higher rates, if available.
