The Government Action Team (GAT) report is a weekly e-newsletter that is sent when Congress is in session. Member-company executives who join GAT will be contacted when a personal call, fax or similar communication with a highly visible constituent is absolutely critical to the success of an AFIA position. It is used to further bolster our lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill, within the Administration, and when appropriate, within state legislatures where issues emerge in which AFIA needs to participate.
