Requirements: Ads should spotlight your company’s mission. AFIA will not knowingly accept advertisements that contain fraudulent, deceptive or misleading statements or illustrations, attacks of a personal nature or advertisements that are overly competitive, or that refer abusively to the goods or services of others.
All ads should be High Quality Print or Press-Quality-made PDFs. An EPS file format is also acceptable; if providing a CMYK file at 300 dpi, all fonts must be outlined and images embedded.
Please note: In order to print the text and artwork elements with optimal sharpness, AFIA recommends those elements be prepared correctly in the original application design file with outlines created, or the fonts will need to be provided.
