Join EMC on Wednesday, Nov. 8, for the annual EMC golf tournament, which will be played at Tucson, AZ golf resort. As the host course for the PGA TOUR® Champions Cologuard Classic, and previous host of the PGA TOUR's Chrysler Classic and Southern Arizona Open, the Omni Tucson National Resort’s Catalina Golf Course takes center stage. Its traditional-style fairways cap a bluff overlooking the beauty of the Santa Catalina Mountains.
This Tom Lehman-designed course offers a combination of native desert vegetation with strategic fairway bunkering. Players can approach each hole in a variety of ways, keeping the course challenging and unique with each new round.
You must be registered for EMC in order to participate in the tournament. Please note proper golf attire is required and denim is not permitted. The golf fee is $200 per person, which includes greens fees, continental breakfast, box lunch and beverages. Golf club rentals are also available for $90 plus tax.
Group Networking Dinner
We invite EMC registrants to join the Equipment Manufacturers Committee for a dinner at Bob’s Steak & Chop House on Thursday, Nov. 9. Located at the Omni hotel, they have a reputation for high-quality steaks and authentic service. For over 25 years, Bob’s Steak & Chop House locations have sourced meat from the Chicago-based Stock Yards Meat Packing Company. We proudly serve guests hand-selected cuts from the top two percent of USDA prime beef. Most cuts are butchered in-house, and due to our beef cuts' high quality and marbling, we only season them with kosher salt and black pepper. This event requires a separate registration fee and the cost to attend the dinner is $140 per person, which includes transportation, entertainment, three-course meal and two drink tickets.
Registered spouses and/or special guests are invited to all meal functions and speaker presentations. In addition, spouses will be invited to a brunch on Thursday, Nov. 9 and receive a small gift with their registration.
The EMC committee raises additional funds for the scholarship fund through a golf putting contest and a raffle at the group dinner. Come prepared to help raise funds for this great cause.
