Who and why should I attend?

Who? This program is designed for pet food and pet treat manufacturers and those supporting the industry, such as ingredient manufacturers and equipment suppliers.

Why? The American Feed Industry Association’s (AFIA) annual Pet Food Conference covers a variety of topics from regulatory issues to the technical aspects of pet food production to product claims, marketing and nutrition.

What is the International Production & Processing Expo?

IPPE is the largest annual animal food, poultry production and meat processing tradeshow. For 2021, IPPE will take over all four halls of the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, bringing together more than 1,400 exhibitors and 32,000 visitors. Mark your calendar to join us Jan. 26-28, 2021.

IPPE focuses on:

  • Innovation - bringing together buyers and sellers of the latest technology of products and services to make your business successful;
  • Education - learning from the experts in free- and fee-based world-class programs on topics that cross industry interests;
  • Global Reach - attracting more than 8,000 international visitors from 130 countries; and
  • Networking - meeting new and rekindling old relationships with leaders across the industries.

How do I register?

Registration opens on Sept. 14 via the IPPE website.

What are the show’s plans surrounding COVID-19?

The health and safety of everyone who attends IPPE is the show organizers’ top priority in planning for a successful show in January 2021. The conference will be following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and state and local governments regarding the coronavirus and will provide regular updates to all stakeholders as the situation warrants.

On behalf of the three partner organizations that produce IPPE - the American Feed Industry Association, North American Meat Institute and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association - we would like to thank our industries, our members and their team members for their hard work feeding the world when so much is unknown right now.
As we finalize details, we will update this webpage.
